Motivating staff while managing costs to meet company targets

Remaining abreast of compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements

Being the prime point of contact for external parties, including regulators, press, potential clients, market counterparties, etc.

Relevant experience with a good educational background, preferably

Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel and Macros in Excel (Experience in Paxus is required)

Excellent selling skills to lead business development initiatives

Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment.
