Security Supervisor Full-time Job

Oversee day-to-day security operations at the designated destination, ensuring a safe and secure environment for visitors.

Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and respond to emergencies effectively.

Develop strategies to manage security concerns associated with high foot traffic, including crowd control and access management.

Collaborate with local authorities to enhance overall safety measures.

Coordinate and manage security arrangements for VIP delegations, providing a seamless and discreet experience.

Ensure the safety and confidentiality of VIP guests and their entourages.

Liaise and coordinate with multiple security agencies to align efforts and maintain a cohesive security strategy.

Facilitate communication and information sharing during events and VIP visits.

The Successful Applicant

UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security supervision, particularly in venues with high foot traffic.

Proven track record of managing security for VIP entourages and coordinating with multiple security agencies.

Strong understanding of crowd management and access control strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant certifications in security management.

Prior experience in similar positions within the police or military is highly valued.
