Control Room Support Assistant Full-time Job

• Plan and organize staff requirements to ensure availability of operational requirements and ensure all processes are followed based on SOPs, KPI’s.

• Responsible for schedule day to day duty of Operations staff, prepare schedule for deploying staff and annual leave plan, liaise with the respective team on all related tasks.

• Identify any potential shortfalls/excess staff and find out appropriate solutions for staff requirement.

• Communicate with HR for manpower status on a daily basis to control short/excess staff.

• Communicate effectively for deployment and mobilization with Operations team including Site Supervisors, location in-charges and client by using different communication channels.

• Coordinate with operation team and clients for daily deployment planning.

• Follow-up with Zone Supervisors for pending scheduling and T & A.

• Follow-up with Zone Supervisors, Site Supervisors and Admins for pending schedule/rosters.

• Update daily changes in schedule that are occurring at ground level, in ROSTIMA system to reduce attendance related variations.

• Ensure seamless & coordinated process between the help desk system and the operations on individual project sites.

• Prepare operational and manpower utilization reports and timely submission as necessary.

• Schedule manpower operation and record complaints and incidents at all level to deliver optimum quality, performance effectiveness.

• Ensure detailed plan/roster is distributed to all staff in a timely manner.

• Analyze daily attendance report (for previous day) for deviations and discrepancies.

• Supporting / Registering new employees on ROSTIMA through installed biometric devices.

• Prepare and verify the time and attendance records for the team and monthly inter-departmental reports.

• Perform daily / weekly / monthly reconciliation of manpower.
