Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans for CRM implementation projects across multiple geographies, including timelines and resource allocation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of CRM solutions, including technical teams, sales and marketing, customer support, and external vendors/partners
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to CRM solutions, and provide insights and recommendations for improvements
- Gather market requirements for product solutions and develop rigorous business requirements documentation to support global sales facing tools requirements (e.g ARG,
- Evaluate, prioritize and implement requests to align with business goals and process improvements and developments
- Develop a deep understanding of key system-related workflows to drive consistency and uniformity across global requests where possible by understanding impact of geographical edge-cases
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, including status updates, issue resolution and stakeholder management
- Work with the product manager of various systems to identify opportunities for internal system improvement
- Serve as a subject matter expert providing business process consultation and best practice support for effective use of sales systems (e.g. host learning sessions with the sales teams and business leaders to educate and inform users on key feature releases and general product updates, develops user materials for the pupose of providing instruction, reference, and support)
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from senior leadership to individual contributors to ensure alignment and buy-in on CRM strategies and initiatives, including regional sales leaders and General Manager
- Take on ad-hoc responsibilities and duties related to CRM and business projects, as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365) or consulting experience in a fast-paced technology technology company is preferred.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional teams, track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders.
- Excellent communication skills and high comfort level with executive presentation.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency/proficiency in business English, both verbal and written.
