Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.

Assist in creating project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, and work breakdown structures.

Coordinate project activities, ensuring that tasks are assigned, progress is tracked, and deadlines are met.

Facilitate communication and coordination between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including project files, contracts, change requests, and other relevant records.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Develop and maintain project templates, checklists, and standardized procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience as a Projects Coordinator or similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
