As a Management Controller, the main missions will be as follows:

Contribute to the preparation of end-of-month accruals to reflect accurate costs in the monthly P&L

Monitor chronological regularizations and communicate those which are not required and must be canceled

Participate in monthly cost center analysis and sharing of essential cost center reclassifications

Monitor CAPEX accounts for any negative impacts, in the interest of proper functioning of depreciation

Ensure proper follow-up of outstanding commitments, check the status of completed delivery and produce the cleaning report

Prepare Opex Real vs. Budget analysis and track unstated business justifications

Prepare analysis of actual vs. budget capital expenditure and track unstated business justifications

Contribute to the end-of-month reconciliation between companies and affiliates

Help analyze gaps in current files

Assist in the preparation of audit files

Help validate supplier invoices - web cycle invoice clearing

Contribute to work to reconcile projects with operations
