esponsibilities include:

Greeting guests upon arrival and providing a warm welcome.

Assisting with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process.

Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.

Making reservations and managing room assignments accurately.

Maintaining guest records and ensuring confidentiality of guest information.

Collaborating with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs effectively.

Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
