Requirements:
Proven experience as a Food and Beverages Supervisor or similar role in a high-end hospitality setting, preferably with experience from 5 star hotels.
Extensive knowledge of international cuisines, culinary techniques, and fine dining service standards.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English and preferably Arabic.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid certifications or qualifications in food safety and sanitation.
