Job Details

As a coordinator and data entry staff member in the back office for logistics, sales, supply chain, and procurements

Order Processing and Tracking: Accurately entering and processing customer orders, tracking the progress of orders, and ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery of products or services

Inventory Management: Managing and updating inventory records, including stock levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and conducting regular stock audits to ensure accurate inventory control and availability

Procurement Support: Assisting in procurement activities by entering purchase orders, supplier information, and maintaining procurement records, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of procurement transactions

Data Analysis and Reporting: Extracting and analyzing data related to sales, logistics, supply chain, and procurement, generating reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes, such as identifying trends, monitoring performance, and optimizing operations

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining organized and up-to-date documentation and records for logistics, sales, supply chain, and procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, delivery notes, and other relevant documents

Coordination and Communication: Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders, such as logistics, sales, supply chain, and procurement departments, to gather and exchange data, resolve queries, and ensure effective communication for smooth operations.

Data Accuracy and Quality Assurance: Conducting data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of entered data, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors promptly

Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimization, suggesting improvements to data entry procedures, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline logistics, sales, supply chain, and procurement operations
