Roles/Responsibilities

Good knowledge on Azure Cloud Security & Modern Workplace Security solutions including Defender, Purview, etc., AWS security knowledge is a plus.

Experience on basic configuration management and checks for Security solutions categorized under Azure Cloud & Modern Workplace

Knowledge and understanding of basic concepts of Azure networking, Firewall, License classification, License bundles, etc.

Basic knowledge of Azure architecture and Microsoft recommendations

Responsible for designing solution documents.

Responsible for writing deployment approach steps and how integration within multiple solutions of Microsoft will take place for On-premises & Cloud Assets/Users.

Support customers in troubleshooting basic issues.

If required, should be willing to travel to customer locations and support PS team or support team for issue resolution.

Keep track of latest security services & bundles introduced by Microsoft on Azure & Modern Workplace, AWS.

Experience / Skills/Qualifications

Education Qualification – B.E/ B.Tech / BCA/MCA/ BSc.IT with 4 to 6 years of experience

Understanding IT environments, Routing & Switching and IP Addressing in Public Cloud

Relevant 3+ years hands on experience in Azure tenant administration

In-depth knowledge of capabilities of M365, Azure Cloud, and AWS Security offerings.

Possess an impeccable work ethic and a high degree of integrity.

Good understanding of Public Cloud environments

Good Analytical & Problem-Solving skills

Able to communicate with customer stakeholders.

Flexible to work in 24/7 environments.
