Job Details

Develop and execute corporate tax strategies aligned with group objectives and regulatory requirements.

Supervise or review the preparation of annual corporate income tax returns.

Maintain adherence to accounting department policies and UAE financial reporting statutes.

Lead preparation of transfer pricing documentation.

Establish and maintain robust tax compliance processes.

Manage direct and indirect tax reporting to authorities.

Stay updated on regional tax legislation changes and advise on business impact.

Identify opportunities to optimise tax positions and mitigate risks.

Manage relationships and responses to tax audits.

Implement relevant tax updates.

Provide training and guidance to tax team and stakeholders.

Review intercompany and related party reconciliations for timely resolution.

Oversee audit processes for assigned area, ensuring timely completion.

The Successful Applicant

UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related fields.

Professional accounting qualification (CPA or CTA) is preferred.

Minimum of 10+ years of financial accounting and management accounting experience, with at least 2+ years of managerial experience.

Experience in accounting within real estate or related industries preferred.

Extensive knowledge of GCC and international tax legislations is required.

Knowledge of and ability to apply international accounting standards and ERP systems.

Vigilant and detail-oriented.

Strong communication skills.
