· Business Development: Identifying potential clients who might benefit from outsourcing services, Networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to generate leads, conducting market research to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients.

· Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, regularly communicating with clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges, addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the outsourced services.

· Needs Assessment: Collaborating with clients to assess their requirements and expectations from the outsourcing partnership, Understanding the specific tasks or processes that the client wants to outsource, providing insights and recommendations on how outsourcing can enhance their business operations.

· Solution Presentation: Creating customized proposals and presentations that outline how the outsourcing services will address the client's needs, Highlighting the benefits, cost savings, and efficiency improvements that outsourcing can bring.

· Contract Negotiation: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients, ensuring that the contract outlines the scope of work, service level agreements (SLAs), and any other relevant terms.

· Project Implementation: Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of the outsourced functions, facilitating knowledge transfer and training if required, monitoring the implementation process to address any issues that may arise.

· Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs to ensure that the outsourced services meet or exceed expectations, preparing regular reports for clients, detailing the progress and outcomes of the outsourcing engagement.

· Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to offer additional outsourcing services to existing clients, Understanding the broader needs of clients and suggesting ways to enhance their outsourcing experience.

· Problem Solving and Escalation: Addressing any challenges or issues that arise during the outsourcing partnership, Escalating issues to appropriate teams within the outsourcing company and ensuring timely resolutions.

· Market Analysis and Innovation: Staying informed about industry trends and changes that could impact outsourcing needs, Identifying innovative solutions that could provide a competitive edge to the outsourcing company, client relationships, and overseeing the recruitment and placement of contract workers within client organizations:

Qualification and Skills Required

· A minimum of bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, sales, economics, or a related discipline is commonly preferred.

· Prior experience in staffing industry preferred.

· 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of sales and contract staffing

· Arabic speaking is a mandate

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

· Relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.

· Negotiation skills for contract discussions and closing deals.

· Problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and find solutions.

· Analytical skills to understand client needs and market trends.

· Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage accounts and track interactions.

· Familiarity with sales and marketing tools for lead generation and tracking.

· Proactive and self-motivated attitude to drive sales and meet targets.

· Resilience and the ability to handle rejection, as sales roles can involve a degree of uncertainty.

· Empathy and strong interpersonal skills to understand client needs and build rapport.
