Tax Lawyer Full-time Job

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Group companies in tax audits and in the development of secured and optimized tax solutions for various entities

Ensure tax monitoring and conduct ad hoc studies and projects

Be involved in restructuring operations and in the validation of tax liabilities for Group entities

Tax review of Group entities

Liaise and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders mainly based in the DRO region and Europe,

Requirements:

Tax lawyer or/and hold a master’s degree in tax law

4-6 years’ experience within the tax department of an international Group, a consulting firm (big 4) and/or a law firm

Experience dealing with tax matters within an international context (analysis of double tax agreements, OECD/UN model tax conventions and related commentaries, foreign tax regulations, VAT, etc.).
