Main Responsibilities

To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained by therapist throughout the Spa department.

Will be responsible for departmental training plan, training and assessment, which will be properly recorded in the relevant areas for all therapists. To coordinate with Learning & Development Department for any training requirements and attend meetings when required.

Responsible for LQEs and FORBES refresher training of the therapists, ensuring best practices are consistently performed by the team.

Will be responsible of stock control, stock takes and orders of professional products, amenities and tools required to perform spa treatments.

Responsible for spa linens stock control and conditions of linen.

To ensure cleanliness and hygiene of all treatment rooms, in accordance with FHLSS and Hygiene legislation.

Will be expected to assist and perform various demonstrations and events.

Responsible for motivation of therapists and report to the Spa Operations Manager on the ambience / morale of the team at any given time.

To set an example to all therapists.

Responsible for achieving sales targets.

To provide guidance and training to motivate a team member who is struggling with upselling.

To perform all treatments to the highest standards.

Conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position or assigned by the Spa Operations Manager.

Conduct SOP and P&P trainings with therapists to ensure consistency within the spa treatments team.

To assist Spa Operations Manager in creating marketing plan, spa promotions and spa events.

Requirements

High school Diploma or Degree or suitable equivalent

2-year experience in related job

Previous experience as Senior Spa Therapist with strong administrative skills is preferred

Well-groomed, professional appearance

Physically agile, and able to stand for extended periods
