Manage and grow online communities, fostering meaningful interactions and maintaining a positive brand image through regular monitoring and engagement.

Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and provide recommendations to optimize social media efforts and stay ahead of industry best practices.

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions, optimizing performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, trends, and technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to reach new audiences and enhance our organization's online presence.

Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand brand reach and drive collaboration opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

Proven work experience as a Social Media or Communications Specialist, preferably in a fast-paced and digitally-focused environment.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing style and tone for different target audiences.

Experience in crafting and executing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on driving measurable results.

Solid knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
