ROLE PROFILE

1. Lead the development of pricing & promo strategy fort the different formats (HM, SM, Conv, Online) in line with their CVP and contribute to set annual objectives, overall and by family, in close coordination with leadership team

2. Build transparency on our price competitiveness and promotion effectiveness and engage stakeholders and leadership to align on actions to address performance gaps

3. Set competitor’s price check plan based on needs and budget, Manage price check service provider to ensure timely quality insights,Gather competitor promotion intelligence (Flyer Check)

4. Develop price and promo management capabilities (tool, process) i. Define functional requirements for pricing tools and work with partners to implement tools leveraging advanced analytics and data-driven insights to optimize pricing in a more dynamic a

5. Manage daily pricing activities with price & promo team such as : i. Prepare / clean price data and develop price recommendations based on agreed rules ii. Work with merchants to ensure actions timely taken to improve price positioning based on price

6. Manage weekly promo activities i. Work with merchants to ensure planning of more effective promotions in a timely manner ii. Coordinate with store operations to ensure timely and good execution of the promo events in stores

7. Build & Lead price and promo team. Manage and develop team members

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Management

MBA in the same field an advantage

3-5 years experience ideally in retail or FMCG or in analytical managerial role

English (Full professional proficiency - Required)

People management: lead and develop team, develop capabilities

Pricing, project management and promotion management skills
