Key Responsibilities:

Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to promote our properties and holiday homes. Align strategies with business goals and target audience preferences.

Manage Online Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets, and refine targeting to maximize ROI.

Content Creation and Management: Create compelling and engaging content including property listings, blog posts, videos, and social media posts to attract and engage potential investors, guest, or tenants. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive website traffic. Regularly update social media profiles with relevant content and respond to comments and messages promptly.

Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote listings, and engage with past clients. Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviours, and preferences to deliver targeted content.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. Generate regular reports to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to the management.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, real estate, and hospitality industries. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and enhance marketing strategies.
