Key Responsibilities:

Community and Property Management:

Leverage expertise in community, facility, lease, and property management to support financial decision-making.

Assess and manage financial implications of property acquisitions, leases, and sales.

Leadership and Collaboration:

Provide leadership and guidance to finance and accounting teams.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment conducive to achieving financial goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Proven experience in financial management, ideally within real estate or property management sectors.

Strong understanding of community, facility, lease, and property management principles.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business outcomes.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
