Retail Sales Associate Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

Managing a team of sales associates and providing coaching to maximize individual and team performance

Monitoring store metrics including sales, conversion, payroll costs, and inventory accuracy

Assisting the Store Manager with scheduling, hiring, and training new associates

Supporting visual merchandising initiatives and maintaining product placement compliance

Resolving customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively

Partnering with the management team to identify and execute sales-driving initiatives

Requirements:

3+ years retail supervisory experience

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays

Knowledge of retail systems and technology platforms
