Strategy Manager Full-time Job

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve the long-term business objectives, encompassing all facilities.

Lead market research and benchmarking initiatives to identify trends and best practices in the luxury sports and recreation destination sector.

Oversee the development and implementation of new concepts.

Spearhead the expansion of the event offerings, including attracting and securing major events.

Ensure alignment with the Abu Dhabi vision by fostering strong relationships with key government and commercial stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Strong experience in strategic projects focussed on high-end sports, recreation, and luxury destinations.

Proven track record of success in contributing to the growth and development of a destination brand.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct market research and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Fluency in English; Arabic language a plus.

Experience working in the Middle East, particularly the UAE is a strong preference
