Project Manager Full-time Job

Responsible for the delivery in accordance with the maintenance strategy in-house, contracted services and soft facilities management services to the standards directed.

Ensuring all soft services Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks are correctly planned, coordinated and implemented.

Ensuring all reactive soft services calls / problems / requests are dealt efficiently and in accordance with pre-agreed response times with our clients.

Responsible for providing a key interface between Soft Services Section, clients and the contracted service providers on a day to day basis.

Responsible for monitoring and reporting of service level agreements and key performance indicators, internal and external, also tracking of risks/ rewards mechanisms.

Responsible for financial tracking and reporting to ensure all services are delivered within agreed budgets and service levels.

Responsible for providing a continuous improvement review and development of initiatives to improve or rationalize hard services to achieve optimum performance and full client engagement.

Responsible for assessment, procurement and management of projects specific to cleaning, waste management or pest control services.

Identifying cost saving and performance enhancing opportunities.

Minimizing exposure and risk including compliance, due diligence and H&S.

Developing and maintaining effective working arrangements with other sections, partners and stakeholders in order to meet project objectives and outcomes and enhance ongoing relationships.

Site visits, a minimum of once a week, ensuring both client and cleaners are met.

To ensure that all cleaning operatives are adequately trained to an acceptable level, commensurate with the duties they are to perform.

To monitor the performance of staff and take the necessary action to manage performance, having referred to the Regional General Manager and Personnel Department, as required.

To order all cleaning materials required by the team, using agreed suppliers.
