Your Role

Manage product data throughout its lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency. This includes data entry, data validation, and data maintenance tasks.

Manage changes to product information, such as revisions, updates, and version control. This involves ensuring that changes are properly documented, communicated, and implemented within the PLM system.

Facilitate collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams involved in the product lifecycle. This may involve coordinating meetings, fostering collaboration tools, and ensuring that relevant information is shared effectively.

Ensure that the PLM system meets quality standards and targets. This includes conducting audits, performing quality checks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Oversee the management of product-related documentation, including specifications, requirements, design documents, test plans, and regulatory compliance documentation.

Foster collaboration and communication among various departments involved in the product lifecycle.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, to evaluate potential suppliers of alternative raw materials based on criteria such as quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Execute Lab work to ensure alternative raw material quality standards are met.

Collaborate with research and development teams to assess new Product Development initiatives.

YOUR SKILLS

An undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any relevant field

Excellent command over Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Analytical mindset to evaluate complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for optimization.

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of product data, specifications, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

Willingness to stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in PLM and related fields through continuous learning and professional development activities.
