Responsibilities
Own the sourcing life cycle; collaboratively managing crucial stages associated with the recruitment of new staff; with specific focus on key stages of education hiring.
Partner closely and effectively with hiring teams and colleagues to fully understand staffing needs and develop, build and execute sourcing strategy.
Source, screen and deliver highly qualified candidates using multiple tools and techniques for roles across the Schools and Head Office.
Accurate preparation and swift delivery of all contract offers.
Regular contact with candidates to ensure seamless communication through the sourcing and offer to acceptance cycle.
Build talent pipelines and maintain a network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management and sourcing campaigns.
Develop and deliver best practice, in coordination with cross-functional partners (HR onboarding and operations)
Provide advice on the design and implementation of efficient and effective recruitment and selection processes and the associated monitoring and evaluation thereof.
Ensure that personnel records are maintained to the highest standards and can meet audit needs.
Coordinate job fairs, conferences, and other opportunities to connect with audiences interested in the education space.
Guide hiring managers and decision makers by providing valuable insight and hiring and employment data.
Ensure thorough candidate management using an applicant tracking system to track applicants from the selection phase through to on-boarding.
Required Qualifications And Experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
1+ years of recruitment experience is essential
Experience of volume and/ or Education recruitment is preferred.
