Responsible for assisting Cluster Director of IT in day to day handling of the department.

Assist employees and hotel guest to resolve IT related issues.

Up to date knowledge of Information & Technology field, networking, communication systems etc.

Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests

Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion

Competency using a variety of computer softwares
