Job Details

Assists with filing and tracking of Training documents. Ensures training attendances, certificates, are tracked and updated in an efficient manner.

Maintains accurate and up to date records of all training activities – including On the Job Training and Department Training Calendars.

Assists in driving the colleague’s recognition program and organize celebration with the Talent & Culture Team. Assists with the coordination and organization of employee relation activities including Employee Recognition events and Yearly Staff Parties.

Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.

Administers the purchasing process for training materials. Maintains accurate inventory of all supplies and equipment within T&C and L&D.

Keeps the internal communication boards current, organized and exciting.

Ensures colleagues are aware of and use all training tools available in the company and in the property, including INES and all the different courses available in it.

Manages all cross training requests and maintain all records.

Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

College/University degree in Hospitality is a plus

Strong oral and written communication skills

Efficient in working on Microsoft Office and other digital platform to create content for Trainings

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative

Excellent organizational skills & Analytical skills
