Key Responsibilities:-
Liaise with Business unit/ managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
Prepare learning materials for programs.
Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
Research new teaching methods.
Keep attendance and other records
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
Monitor employee performance and response to training
Manage training budgets
Job Requirements:-
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of prior experience as a trainer or a similar position.
Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint);
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to identify gaps in skills.
Organizational and time management abilities
