Head Chef Full-time Job

Responsibilities include:

Leading and managing the kitchen team to ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained.

Developing and creating seasonal menus that showcase creativity, innovation, and adherence to culinary trends.

Overseeing menu planning, recipe development, and food costing to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Managing inventory and food ordering to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs.

Training, mentoring, and inspiring kitchen staff to develop their skills and reach their full potential.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen.

Collaborating with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Keeping abreast of industry trends, culinary techniques, and ingredient sourcing to continually elevate our culinary offerings.
