Job Details

Produce all necessary food for all food service operations as required and instructed by the Executive Pastry Chef.

Maintaining quality and quantity control in all aspects, from portion control to freshness of the product presented.

Previous experience working in a busy kitchen

Reliable and hardworking.

Team player with the ability to work under pressure.

Has excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Be familiar with the other kitchen sections, promoting flexibility and productivity.

Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards.

Qualifications

Have passion for Pastry and willing to learn

Ideally you would have a qualification in pastry/culinary

Previous experience as a Pastry Commis Chef
