Business Development Executive Full-time Job

Core Responsibilities:

- Maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities within the Design and Painting sector

- Initiate contact with potential clients and arrange meetings to discuss design and painting projects

- Expand sales territories through various strategies tailored to the Design and Painting market

- Conduct industry research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth in the design and painting fields

- Collaborate with teams to achieve sales targets and effectively market design and painting services

- Mentor junior sales staff to enhance their performance and sales skills in the Design and Painting industry

- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of design and painting products, competitors, and market dynamics

- Coordinate inputs from stakeholders involved in the Design and Painting business, including suppliers and contractors

- Develop winning strategies for bids on design and painting projects

- Address complex challenges encountered in the Design and Painting sector effectively

- Prepare and review commercial aspects of bids for design and painting contracts

- Monitor and manage risks associated with design and painting project bids

- Contribute to the preparation of proposals for design and painting projects, ensuring they meet client requirements

- Monitor bid budgets and performance against established metrics

- Ensure timely execution and submission of design and painting project bids

- Coordinate presentations to clients as part of the bidding process

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Design and Painting business
