What will you be doing:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails that meet guests' preferences and exceed their expectations.

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and recommending drink options based on their preferences.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, replenishing glassware, and cleaning utensils.

Adhere to all beverage recipes, portion control guidelines, and quality standards to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.

Stay knowledgeable about current beverage trends, including new cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, following proper cash handling procedures.

Comply with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure an adequate supply of ingredients and beverages.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage

Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment.

Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.

Strong understanding of mixology techniques and ability to create unique and balanced drink recipes.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and engaging personality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills for cash handling.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
