Responsibilities

Accountable for the production and delivery of a variety of deliverables across all cost consultancy services.

Manages projects and resources according to the requirements of the project and acts as primary point of contact for clients.

Supervises and mentors more junior members of staff to enable their development, assisting with the graduate development programme where appropriate.

Leading client engagement across the portfolio of projects.

Accountable for a variety of complex deliverables throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects, generally within an end market sector.

Manages the resources across a portfolio of projects, all within the established budgets.

Accountable for briefing the team on project scopes to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood.

Monitors and manages the performance of direct reports.

Functioning as a Project Manager within the organization on up to 5 active projects.

Manages internal project profitability and project commercial management using corporate systems (e.g. Oracle) as relevant.

Responsible for timely billing and cash collection in compliance with contract terms.

Responsible for ensuring that any additional work/changes in scope are approved by clients.

Ensures all deliverables comply with the corporate project delivery system procedures.

Complies with all QA requirements.

Benchmarks project data.

Participates in internal and external networking and business growth.

Experience

Minimum 12 years post graduate experience

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited, internationally recognized institution or University.

MRICS or equivalent accreditation.
