Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Maintains good employee relations and motivate colleagues.

Provide guidance to walk-in customers on product and service offerings.

Educate customers and potential customers with information and delivery timelines.

Ensures strict adherence to Bab Al Shams Desert Resort Standard Operating Procedures related to guest experience and activities.

Serve guests by providing product/ service information related to the delivery life cycle, rates, and payment.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.

Promote and cross-sell the company’s products.

Requirements

Experience & Educational Requirements

1 - 4 years previous customer service experience is an added advantage

Good communication and computer literacy skills

Certificate of completion of NYSC

People management experience

Strong orientation towards customer service

Effective Communication

Attention to detail.

Customer focused.
