Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and define the annual strategy and plan for Revenue and Activeness Events to enhance user engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, incorporating insights into event strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event strategies with overall business objectives.
2. Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of two professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
3. Event Execution:
a. Strategic Event Planning:
- Develop comprehensive event plans outlining objectives, target audience, key messaging, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with central teams to ensure seamless integration of events into the overall business plan.
b. Innovative Event Formats:
- Explore and recommend innovative event formats and technologies that engage the target audience to drive KPIs.
- Work closely with the creative team to design and implement visually appealing and interactive event experiences.
c. Audience Engagement:
- Develop strategies to enhance audience engagement during events, including interactive elements and gamification.
- Collaborate with the content team to create event-specific visual assets that resonate with the audience.
d. Quality Assurance:
- Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to guarantee flawless execution of events.
e. Post-Event Analysis and Reporting:
- Lead post-event debrief sessions to gather feedback and insights from the team.
- Analyze event performance data and prepare comprehensive reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
f. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal allocation of resources.
- Provide regular updates on budget status and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
g. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all events comply with local regulations and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with events, developing contingency plans when necessary.
4. Data Analysis:
- Utilize advanced data analytics and key performance indicators to measure the success of events and derive actionable insights.
- Conduct post-event analysis, evaluating the effectiveness of strategies and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports for ongoing monitoring of event performance.
- Collaborate with the Data Analysis and Central team to implement modeling for future event success.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, at regional and global level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on revenue and activeness events, preferably within a gaming or digital entertainment company (e.g., King, Nintendo, Roblox, EA, Tencent).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Proficient in advanced data analysis techniques and the ability to derive insights for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the MENA region and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
