What’s On Your Plate?
Manage and coordinate all Procurement related requirements through the defined procurement process.
Ensure to manage Procurement Budget through weekly and monthly Procurement Report and Dashboard.
To maintain the correct resource (equipment/facilities/materials/services) Inventory for respective location.
Negotiate and take decision with supplier for the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
Working closely with Finance team and local suppliers to procure the correct requirement as per company policy from multiple sources at competitive prices.
Responding to all local procurement and supply enquiries regularly via all communication channels, including in person.
Raising purchase orders for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure that the products and supplies with high quality standards
Execute and ensure appropriate procurement processes and policies are in place
Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
To support the procurement process enhancement with new system or technologies
What you need to be successful
What Did We Order?
Bachelor’s Degree
Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and ERP systems
3-5 years’ Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management.
Strong analytical skills to ensure both short- and long-term business goals, objectives, and targets are met
Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accuracy and precise attention to detail
Ability to work with management and staff at all levels
