Supply Chain Coordinator Full-time Job

This position is responsible for handling daily operational ordering cycle activities through weekly plant site order replenishments and daily coordination of MEA distributor ordering cycles with 3PL until shipment delivery to distributor warehouses ensuring SAP system updates and maintenance of SOX compliance for MEA region. Filling the position is critical for the maintaining of the service level for the customers.

Coordination of respective orders for relative markets and report related from MEA distributors. Making sure contractual timelines are honored at 3PL. Update order Tracker with orders status. Issue service providers purchase orders, cross check related invoices and maintain budget tracking tool. Report order fulfillment to Global Supply Chain.

Maintain Final BTG, Supplier’s POs Closure and share Master Price Edit Reports. Weekly and Monthly Reconciliation for stock (Inbound / outbound / In transit / on hold for RX and DX) for 3PL and SAP. Report Monthly Sales Listing & Cut of Testing & business operational review reports.

Maintain master data updates in coordination with Finance.

Maintain invoicing, stock updates and inventory adjustments on SAP and 3PL and makes sure both systems are reconciled.

Order fulfillment reporting to Global Supply Chain.

Manage day to day end distributor inquiries and ad hoc requests.

Maintain daily operational calls with 3PL, weekly distributor calls & active contribution on monthly 3PL performance reviews through Perfect Order / OTIF@S / OTIF@D / EHS / CAPAs / etc.

Maintain SOPs and keeping them updated as per current processes.

SOPs strict implementation & compliance, ensure SOX compliance on all processes.

Managing Recycling / Destruction processes.

Operational support for Supply Chain activities at 3PL & Distributors.

Weekly MEA Distributors Order Management through remote optimum inventory management support for RX and DX stocks.

Support on cost analysis exercises.

Support sales and marketing departments on sales forecasting through a monthly Sales and Operational planning meeting, supporting a demand driven Supply Chain through maintaining a close contact with Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Develop monthly demand plans for the region & meet NTS commitments for the region per country.

Handle backorder escalation from Distributors.

Review distributor claims towards MOU's, market returns and discontinued products.

Manage all new product introductions at 3PL and Distributors, ensure RX / Kits / DX / Marketing Materials supporting a successful launch.

Manage Change Controls & Artwork changes.

BI Reporting: Report back to Business the stock on hand at each direct business distributor for Gulf & Saudi orders.

Manage Value Added Service activities at 3PL.

Support Import / Export Operations.
