Job Accountabilities

Attend the telephone calls, identify the needs, and transfers the line to respective person.

Receive customer inquiries and update them on progress.

Meet and greets customer; discuss and advise on work to be done.

Engaging with key customers to discuss any important matters or concerns, and ensuring effective communication and resolution.

Regular monitoring of WIP (Work in Progress): Overseeing the progress of ongoing work at the service center, ensuring timely completion, and addressing any delays or issues

Remain in contact with the workshop for follow-up and instant information about the progress/state of the current jobs.

Regular monitoring and follow-up of AR (Accounts Receivable): Managing accounts receivable, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring financial processes are in order.

Overall supervision of service advisors and customer CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) index: Providing guidance and oversight to service advisors, and monitoring and improving the customer satisfaction index through effective service delivery

Monitoring of monthly billing and targets: Ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, and working towards achieving set targets for the service center.

Make the daily invoice reports, get the invoices signed by the service manager and forwarded to the finance dept.

Check the credit limit of the customer and make recommendations to the service manager.

In case of comeback jobs (after verification by test drive etc.) and other customer complaints, inform the service manager, who in turn raises the customer complaint form as per the ISO procedure.

Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager.

Qualifications & Education

Graduate, preferably in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering.
