ROLE PROFILE

Develop the vision, mission, and strategic roadmap for the CoE in alignment with the organization's objectives. Identify key focus areas, initiatives, and goals to drive excellence and innovation.

Lead a team of subject matter experts within the CoE. Recruit, hire, and develop talent. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with senior executives and key stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities. Build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor. Present findings, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders and gain buy-in for C

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Provide thought leadership and guidance on leveraging new technologies, processes, and methodologies to drive innovation and organizational excellence.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of CoE projects and programs. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Provide guidance and support to project teams as needed.

: Establish performance metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of CoE initiatives. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate the value delivered by the CoE to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Drive change and adoption of CoE initiatives within the organization. Develop change management strategies, communication plans, and training materials to ensure successful implementation and acceptance of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and innovation within the CoE and the wider organization. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and impact of the CoE.

REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree preferred (especially in Finance / Business Management)

Minimum 10+ years of management experience

Demonstrated success acting in a project management capacity

Knowledge in ERP & EPM-related functional modules for solutions (on-premises and cloud) such as SAP Application Suite (Financials, SCM), SAP Success Factors, SAP Ariba, SharePoint, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, Account Reconciliation

Demonstrated proficiency in configuration and functional setups for ERP & EPM systems

Demonstrated domain knowledge of enterprise-wide ERP & EPM-related business and technical processes (enterprise functions including Legal, Finance, HR, Operations, and Compliance)
