A minimum of 3 years of Experience as an Architect in the UAE.

An advanced Degree or Qualification in Architecture is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with Lead Consultants and Interior Designers to craft bespoke Architectural and Engineering Plans for FIVE.

Reviews, refines, and elevates plans to align with Governmental Regulations, guaranteeing Compliance and Industry-leading Quality.

Leads in Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration phases.

Review and comment consultant design drawings and contractors shop drawings

Experience in taking off FFE quantification, producing FFE BOQ’s and attending to FFE tender RFIs, follow up with bidders for quotations and analysis of the technical aspect of the bids along with preparing spread sheet of all tenders for comparison.

Experience in finishing schedules technical detailing, taking off quantities of finishes from the drawings, and preparing the quantities for the QS to create the relevant finishes BOQ.

Solves complex Technical and Design Challenges collaboratively, producing sensational and hand-crafted solutions that set new Industry Standards.

Liaises adeptly with Contractors, Lead Consultants, and ID designers, addressing issues promptly and ensuring the project meets ‘FIVE-Star’ Standards.

Co-manages Construction Meetings, fostering a productive and innovative atmosphere while ensuring seamless Consultant Coordination.

Assures Construction and ID Works align with the Employers Policies, delivering a stunning building with meticulous Attention to Detail that perfectly matches Renders and CGIs.

Executes the rule ‘Render to Reality’ with a bold approach, ensuring the final outcome is nothing short of spectacular.

Participates in the FIVE Journey, contributing to the behind-the-scenes Vibe at FIVE, and plays a key role in executing Award-winning Initiatives.

Coordinates with other FIVE Tribe Members to bring to life Disruptive and Next-Level Projects.
