Your new role, what's involved?

This role is designed to provide you with comprehensive exposure to MEP engineering, from conceptual design to project implementation. As a key member of our team, you'll be involved in shaping the future of MEP solutions that impact communities and industries.

Your day could also involve visiting the site and liaising with contractors, discussing options for concept designs with colleagues, responding to client requests for information, or meetings with the team about the scope and progress of projects.

The graduate program will provide opportunities for specialized training on several industry-specific topics which include cutting-edge content, workshops, and webinars to keep you updated with the latest trends and advancements.

You will have the chance to learn directly from industry veterans who have walked the same path. Our mentors will provide personalized guidance, helping you navigate the twists and turns of your chosen field.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

Graduated recently with a Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Good communication skills.

A fondness of working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues.

Confidence to work under pressure with the ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
