Meet sales revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for all business units
Solicits wholesale and leisure business from all markets through action plan preparation and execution
Participates in road shows and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizations
Orchestrate all arrangements for qualified site inspections and familiarization trips
Sustain positive relationships with all local DMC’s, tour operators, heartist and AH global sales network
Maintains account, contact, activity and business details within Anais
Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as required
Compiles marketing and competitive intelligence information and provide pricing strategy within the designated market of expertise
Extend support to the leisure and group sales team beyond the designated market of expertise
Balance operational, administrative and heartist needs
Follow department policies and procedures
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma, Business School and/or Hotel School Diploma preferred.
Minimum one year experience in Leisure segment, knowledge of markets, prices points and strategy.
Candidate must have flexible schedule and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be results oriented, enthusiastic and a strong team player
Must be able to prioritize, organize and be self-efficient.
Computer knowledge of Windows 2003 (Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Access) Opera Sales & Catering
Must be flexible in terms of working hours especially during peak periods.
Must possess good Sales skills, guest service skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills.
Proficient in English language (Verbal and written), second language is an asset.
