Real Estate Administrator Full-time Job

Role Description

Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.

Assist with the preparation and distribution of real estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and purchase agreements.

Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate real estate transactions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of listings, client information, and transactions in the database.

Prepare marketing materials, including property flyers, brochures, and online listings.

Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends to support agents in their client interactions.

Assist with open house events, including setup, signage, and greeting potential buyers.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails.
