Job Details

Participate in implementing the plans, work program and objectives of the office in accordance with the specialization and tasks assigned to the employee.

Follow up on all requirements of the employees of the affiliated organizational unit and evaluate their performance with the Human Resources Department.

Follow up on providing all requirements of the logistical subsidiary organizational unit in coordination with the relevant authorities in the organization.

Follow up on the attendance, departure, and vacation schedules of employees affiliated with the organizational unit.

Preparing the necessary reports on the work of the subordinate organizational unit, explaining the positives and negatives, if any, and proposals for developing and improving performance.

Reviewing the proposals and presenting them to the specialists in the affiliated organizational unit to implement the feasible ones and preparing reports accordingly.

Adhere to the information security system, policies, processes and programs, and report any security breaches or suspicious incidents to the direct official.

Perform any other tasks related to the work of the subordinate organizational unit or as directed.
