Key job responsibilities

Lead end to end Source to Pay processes: from identifying the key business challenges, defining procurement policies, designing the right processes and methods

Maintain and continuously improve Source to Pay processes performance, to deliver the desired strategic outputs and business objectives

Identify key business challenges to be solved through digitalization and contribute to overall GPO digitalization strategy and roadmap

Engage business stakeholders and key partners (such as Innovation, Tech teams) to dive into existing processes and define the future state of Source to Pay value chain

Lead change management and adoption of the new processes across the procurement function and business stakeholders

Regular communication with senior management on progress, risks and change control

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's or MBA degree

Extensive hands-on experience in the end-to-end Source to Pay processes of large-scale organizations

Proven record of successfully driving process improvement and digital transformation programs in large procurement organisations.

Experience in writing detailed process flows and functional specifications.

Strong oral and written communication skills as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks.

Ability to comfortably and confidently present and influence all levels within the organisation, and to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Results oriented person with a strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
