Mystery Shopper Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned retail stores, restaurants, or other establishments anonymously.

- Evaluate customer service, cleanliness, product quality, and adherence to company standards.

- Follow provided guidelines and complete detailed reports on your experiences.

- Maintain objectivity and confidentiality throughout the mystery shopping process.

- Communicate findings and provide constructive feedback to management.

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Must be discreet and maintain confidentiality.
