Assistant Legal Counsel Full-time Job

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Group Head - To shape the strategy and goals of the legal team 2. Line Manager/Peers - To fulfill instructions from colleagues to support team requirements. Business and Support Units - To provide legal advice, receive and discuss instructions. 4. External Law Firms - To ensure transactions managed by external lawyers are dealt with in an appropriate manner in line with ADCB policies and Business Units instructions

Using professional expertise and experience, provide advice to the business on the legal implications of commercial decisions and transaction structures to assist mitigation of legal risk under the supervision of Legal Counsel
