About The Opportunity

Oversee the entire lifecycle of rider equipment and inventory management.

Procure rider equipment with an emphasis on high quality and timely delivery.

Establish and maintain efficient tracking and documentation systems for comprehensive inventory management.

Coordinate the streamlined equipment distribution to riders, optimizing logistical processes for effectiveness.

Conduct creative surveys to guarantee the quality and functionality of all rider equipment. Keep riders well being at heart.

Anticipate inventory needs based on rider growth and demand, contributing valuable insights for strategic planning.

Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies governing inventory management.

Generate & analyze detailed reports on equipment utilization, losses, and replacements.

Be a key contributor in managing the P&L for Talabat inventory regionally

Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Provide timely and effective training and support to the local team, promptly addressing equipment-related issues.

Monitor and manage costs associated with equipment procurement, distribution and replacements.

Identify and implement continuous process improvements to optimize overall effectiveness.

Develop emergency contingency plans, ensuring a rapid and effective response in case of equipment shortages or other unforeseen events.

What you need to be successful

High school diploma or equivalent education.

3-4 years experience in a Logistics support role is preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Inventory Management tools, Data analysis tools
