Key Responsibilities:-

Drive revenue and growth to achieve and exceed budget set in accordance with the ports cluster senior management team.

Leadership & Development: Assist in the identification of future candidates, coach and or onboard new sales employees. Motivate and inspire the sales team.

Build and maintain strong relationships internal and external with customers and coordinate with customer service function.

Ensure and maintain regular feedback and reporting on market status, competitor information, and or not limited to statistical data on volume and or revenue performance vs budget.

Identify and/or create opportunities for all commodity types across Khalifa Port and Fujairah Terminals, with an increased focus on Container & Ro-Ro.

Identify and follow up on business leads as required to achieve overall strategic goals of the ports cluster.

Identify risk within the supply chain namely but not limited to stakeholders, MLO, NVOCC, Feeder connectivity and or capacity constraints.

Regularly visit client base along with direct reports to promote the services through our ports with the specific aim of increasing throughput.

Meet - corporate trade clients OEM / lines / NVOCC agents & forwarders and or any stakeholder within the Eco System.

Communicate monthly Budget across all ports to ensure ongoing visibility of performance vs Budget and to escalate deviations / shortfalls.

Identify new areas of opportunities in this sector namely but not limited to new products, guidance to the operations team towards operations capability, partnerships and collaborations.

Educational and Technical Qualifications:

A diploma from a recognized college or university in any stream. Certification / Diploma programs associated with maritime is preferred.
