Investor Relations Manager Full-time Job

Job Description:

Lead the development and implementation of the group investor relations strategy.

Be the first point of call for investors when they require reporting, data, analytics and any other quantitative or qualitative information.

Ongoing management of relationship with coverage equity analysts

Support on management of relationship with Credit Rating Agencies

Preparation of investor presentations, reports and other materials for quarterly results

Lead the preparation of the company Annual Report

Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and events, ensuring seamless logistics.

Collation of financial consensus based on sell-side analysts submissions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent understanding of capital markets.

Good understanding of ADX rules and regulations.

Have a strong understanding of preparing investor presentations and reports.

Have strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Skills.

Be a clear and professional communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in finance/accounting/economics/management/mathematics from a well reputed university.

MBA / CPA/ACCA is a strong preference.

5+ years of experience within the capital markets space and ideally within Investor Relations of a listed entity.
