Instrumentation Engineer Full-time Job

Key Responsibility.

Work as an Instrument Engineer specialist performing engineering analysis and selection of instrumentation components under the direction of a lead instrument engineer as assigned by the Group Manager.

Ensure the work is executed in accordance with company, department and project procedures and within the project schedule and budgets.

Assist the lead instrument engineer in the development of instrument design basis for projects.

Document engineering analysis, instrument sizing and selection in accordance with Instrument Group work instructions and procedures.

Prepare technical specifications, requisitions, bid tabulations and vendor data reviews

Write technical reports or prepare input for them.

Prepare and provide engineering input to design drawings and coordinate with the design/drafting lead in the generation of drawings.

Check calculations and work documents performed by others.

Review/check drawings produced in accordance with company procedures and/or work instructions.

Qualifications

Have working knowledge of instrument group procedures and work instructions.

BE Instrumentation or Electronics & Telecom.
