GENERAL MANAGER AUTOMOTIVE Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute market entry, operations, and growth strategies for the UAE.

Recruit and lead high calibre teams for sales, aftersales and power solutions.

Support the retail, service and charging station infrastructure build-out.

Manage relationships with OEM for sales planning and forecasting.

Set and monitor sales and service KPIs.

Be accountable for achieving overall KPIs and sales targets.

Work hand in hand with the marketing and branding team on launch and promotional campaigns and digital engagement to drive awareness and sales.

Analyse performance metrics and financials to inform strategic decisions and direction.

Provide regular reports on performance and ensure that revenue strategies align with stakeholder expectations.

Continuously evaluate and adapt business performance strategies.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position within the automotive industry and have worked with Premium Brands in the UAE.

A proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Experience with EV products.

Startups, growth companies, and entrepreneurial experience are essential.

Strategic thinking skills and flexibility in a fluid startup environment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.

The candidate will be a brand ambassador of the company.

Knowledge and experience of the UAE market and culture are essential.
